Dispatch

We will process and dispatch orders within 48 hrs of order placement. In the event that a jewellery piece is not available, we will contact you via email. 

International orders placed may be subject to import taxes and duties, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery

Our deliveries are shipped and tracked by UPS.

Please provide an email address and mobile number to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Once your order is sent our delivery department will contact you with your tracking number

What if I’m not happy with my Oscar Graves order?

Oscar Graves operates a 14-day refund policy and a 30-day exchange policy on all it’s fine jewellery pieces. To avail of our returns policy, all pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Oscar Graves are not responsible for any pieces lost in transit whilst being returned to us. Oscar Graves advises all our patrons to return your piece by registered post to help record the action and to also cover any potential loss or damage incurred.

Oscar Graves earrings will be delivered in clear coverings, sealed with a tamper proof security label. This will allow you to see the pieces and still make use of our returns and exchange policy. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings back for return or exchange in the event of any visible tampering with the label or covering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please fill in your returns document here, print and include with piece. Please send all returns by registered post to: Oscar Graves, 12 Merrion Square, Dublin 2.

We will inform you within 7 days via email or phone call when your return piece reaches us to advise on all your options available.

Return Cost

Oscar Graves will cover the return costs for pieces received in a faulty condition. We do not cover returns cost due to change of mind.
